Yes! We welcome all breeds and sizes of dogs. There is a pet fee of $30 per dog, per night, and a maximum of two dogs are allowed per guest room.

Check in is at 4:00pm each day, and check out is at 11:00am.

The closest airport is Eagle County Airport, just 30 minutes from The Inn. The Denver International Airport is also just a two hour drive away. Ground transportation is available from either airport.

The $30 amenity fee is charged per night, per reservation, and goes toward maintenance of all of the amenities The Inn provides an outstanding guest experience. It also contributes to our ability to provide you with exclusive discounts on shopping, dining, and other experiences with our business partners in the area.

Our cancellation policy is flexible and has a few key differences, depending on which type of reservation you choose to book and which season you are booking in. You can learn more about our cancellation policies in the “about” section of our website.

Yes. Ski shuttles are offered daily during ski season to Beaver Creek Landing and Arrowhead Village. Shuttles depart at 8 am and 9 am and pick up from the mountain at 3:30 pm and 4:30 pm. We do not provide shuttles to Vail Mountain, but you can travel there easily via private transportation, taxi, or the Ecobus.

Yes. We have a heated outdoor pool and hot tub, located on the Eagle River and open year-round.

Yes. Mountain Fish House & Oyster Bar—conveniently located adjacent to our lobby.

Yes. The fitness center is located in the 1st and Main building and features new Technogym equipment. There are two treadmills, a stationary bike, an elliptical, a multi weight training machine, and free weights. There is a place to store your belongings while taking in breathtaking views of the Vail Valley during your workout.

Yes. We have a computer and printer available for guest use located in the lobby. Our Front Desk staff are happy to help you with faxing or copying documents. There is a conference room available to rent as well.
