Vail, Colorado has been hosting one of America’s iconic grassroots beach volleyball tournaments for 45 years offering divisions of play for junior boys and girls, Masters/Seniors divisions, adult same sex competition, Co-Ed divisions and, even, special Father’s Day Father/Son and Father/Daughter divisions. Drawing hundreds of teams from all over the Rocky Mountain region, this tournament takes place over Father’s Day weekend each year.
Colorado’s top breweries and beer-enthusiasts come together at the Vail Craft Beer Classic in 2025 for the most adventurous craft beer event of the summer. Take in the scenic mountain views while you immerse yourself in hop-culture. From stouts and lagers, to pale ales and ciders, taste the best selection of craft brews from the state and around the world. Over 30 breweries will be there showcasing their best brews.

The Edwards Farmers’ Market focuses on high-quality Colorado farm and gourmet food products and it attracts some of the finest farmers and food vendors in Colorado. Farmers arrive early on Saturday mornings with refrigerated trucks loaded with freshly-picked conventional and organic fruit & vegetables and with Colorado lamb, beef, pork, chicken, eggs, honey and cheese. Gourmet food vendors come from all over Colorado with their freshly-made specialties. It specializes in food, has a central location in downtown Edwards and has convenient, free, on-site parking.

The Vail Farmers Market and Art Show is entering 20+ years in Vail on Meadow Drive. The event started with a few tents and now has grown to over 148 tents for 16 Sundays of the summer. Our vendors have been handpicked with our guests in mind. We work to have the majority of our vendors having made-in-Colorado artisan items and food.

Hot Summer Nights, which earned its top national ranking through a rigorous nomination by an expert panel followed by reader voting, has been a summer staple in the Vail Valley since 1987. The event continues to showcase a special combination of world-class talent, stunning mountain views, and an unmatched community atmosphere.
A FREE annual concert series hosted on typically on Tuesdays at 6:30 pm throughout the summer at the Gerald R. Ford Amphitheater (The Amp). Gates will open at 5:30 pm.

The 2025 VRD Bloch & Chapleau Town Mountain Bike Race Series returns for its 40th year to offer fun and exciting racing to mountain bikers of all ages and experience levels. This summer over 1,200 riders of all ages and ability levels will compete for over $30,000 in prizes and priceless bragging rights. Whether competing in an individual race or signing up for the entire series, racers have the chance to win prizes, free beer and personal glory.
Davos Dash | Begins at the intersection of Chamonix Lane and Chamonix Road behind the Highline DoubleTree by Hilton and ends at the radio tower at the top of Davos.
Son of Middle Creek Enduro | A timed portion of this enduro race starts approximately 1.45 miles from the top of Son of Middle Creek trail in the flat are before the last (heinous) climb before the rock drop and true descent.
Bravo! Vail Music Festival is thrilled to announce the debut of the Chamber Orchestra of Europe for a three-concert residency on June 19, 21, and 22, 2025, opening its 2025 Festival season. Comprised of top musicians from the European Union member states, the COE will be led by German conductor and newly appointed music director of the Kansas City Symphony Matthias Pintscher. Additionally, the COE will perform alongside internationally acclaimed guest artists including pianist Yefim Bronfman, cellist Alisa Weilerstein, and violinist Blake Pouliot.

Centrally located in the heart of Lionshead Village at the base of Vail Mountain, this free music series aims to sustain the musical arts and entertainment vitality of the Vail Valley. Lionshead Live guarantees to provide a summer of fun for the whole family, with concerts featuring national talent, bridging multiple musical genres. Ensembles include Boogie Machine, Very Jerry Band, & Journey Girls and more.
The music series will be held under the tent in the square every Thursday, beginning June 19 and ending August 28, with the exception of July 4, from 6 to 8pm. Enjoy access to food and drink in the square provided by the Tavern at the Square, Vail Resorts’ premiere venue for gastropub cuisine and dining.
