Our Flexible Booking Policy
We understand that travel plans are always subject to change. That’s why we offer a 72-hour cancellation policy. If you have to cancel, just do so by 4 pm 3 days prior to your scheduled arrival day to receive a full refund of your deposit. You can only reschedule your trip once.
Please note, this cancellation policy excludes the Holiday period between December 23rd, 2023 - January 4, 2024 which requires a 14-day prior notice.
