Amenity Fee

A $30 per night amenity fee payment applies for all stays. This amount is in addition to the base room rate. This amenity fee allows us to maintain facilities and offer top-notch amenities. LEARN MORE

Deposits

A credit card is required to secure your reservation. A deposit equal to the first night's room, amenity fee, and tax will be taken upon completion of your reservation. This amount will be applied as a credit to your account once you check in. Should you cancel outside the stated cancellation period, you will receive a full refund. Funds generally take 3-6 business days to become available again, depending on your bank.

Cancellation Policy

The Inn at Riverwalk has a strict cancellation policy, the specific details of which can be located in your confirmation email, regardless of where you booked. We offer two types of reservations with different benefits and cancellation policies so you can choose the best option for your travels.

Standard reservations have a flexible cancellation policy, which is outlined below. We also offer Pay Now and Save, which are non-cancellable, non-refundable reservations at a deep discount to reward you for reserving and paying in full far in advance of your stay.  Pay Now and Save is recommended for those who plan in advance, are prepared to pay in full, and have a very small chance of changing their plans. This rate must be reserved online.

The Inn at Riverwalk's free cancellation period varies by season.

  • Spring and Fall: 24 hours unless otherwise stated.
  • Summer: 48 hours unless otherwise stated.
  • Winter: 72 hours unless otherwise stated. Note: Holiday reservations have a 14-day cancellation period. 

You may cancel or modify a reservation up to 4pm, 1-14 days before your scheduled arrival, depending on your cancellation policy. Reservations cancelled after the stated cancellation period will result in a forfeited deposit equal to 1 night's room, resort fee, and tax.

We do our best to be flexible when possible but we are unable to offer refunds for stays affected by uncontrollable circumstances including weather, road closure, flight cancellation, and personal reasons.

We do understand that life happens and allow a one-time courtesy for your reservation to be changed to a future date within the same calendar year. Should you move your reservation to a date of higher value, we just ask you pay the difference between your original credit and the new, higher balance.
