4th of July Guide

No fireworks? No problem!

Family, food and fun. These are the most important components of a successful 4th of July celebration. In an area where daily life, tourism, business, and past times are largely rooted in a well protected natural environment, we all understand how vital it is to take the Stage 2 fire ban seriously. That means no fireworks on the 4th.

If there is one thing the Vail Valley knows how to do, it is to celebrate. Seriously, we have a tradition called FAC, or Friday Afternoon Club, which is an excuse to sit on patios with friends and a cold drink on Fridays throughout the summer. We have free concerts almost weekly. We have block parties, craft beer classics, arts festivals, and rodeos. The point is, a few missing fireworks won't prevent us from celebrating and having a blast!
